She is very welcoming and professional which puts our mind at rest when leaving our girls with her . Amanda is reliable, trustworthy and dependable. Visited before booking, everything fine and all explained friendly and professionally, was happy to book for next year and a few days away as a trial. After trip our dog was very happy and had been looked after extremely well. Would definitely recommend

Lucia has stayed with Amanda a number of times and every time I’ve taken her she walks straight in the house as if she owns it! Amanda keeps me updated with messages and photographs.

Would never recommend this lady to anyone. Unfortunately there was limited recent reviews to go on prior to using her, so we trusted what she said and went ahead with a booking for this weekend just gone. Amanda said she would keep us informed and provide plenty of photographs. We dropped our 2 dogs off on Friday morning and asked multiple times over Friday and Saturday how they were without any reply. I tried phoning Amanda with no answer, so my husband used his works phone and just like magic she answered. We then got our first excuse of the weekend, that she was out on a walk and doesn’t take her phone. Fair enough. I asked her again at this point for a photograph, she told us she had plumbers in her house so would send one later. The day passed and still no photos. The next day we rang again and was told that the dogs are fine but she’s making her sons tea so will send photos in 30 minutes. Over 2 hours passed and nothing. We got a family member to drive round her house to check on the dogs… Amanda wasn’t home. Her son answered the door bell and said he’d be an hour and a half so to come back later, but my family member said no they’d wait. While waiting they had neighbours approaching sharing other recent horror stories requiring police involvement with this lady. A male appeared with our dogs. He told us that he couldn’t have sent photos as the internet had been off for 3 hours. Amanda then text us at 4am with more lies, saying she had now spilt tea on her phone meaning that’s why she couldn’t share anything and that when she said she was busy making her sons tea that this what a ‘typo’, yet she said this on the phone! This lady lies so much that she forgets what she has and hasn’t said. I don’t know where my dogs really have been this whole weekend, or who has had them, but it’s safe to say I will never ever use or recommend Amanda or Doggywalks4you to anyone.

My lab has not stayed yet as I have booked in advance, however! Felt I should mention the speedy contact, lengthy phone chat followed by a home visit to meet my boy. Amanda is extremely knowledgeable about all breeds, indepth forms provided so you can provide as much info as possible about your pet, (training words used) favourite games etc ... she put my boy at ease very quickly and assured me that she will follow my guidelines on care so that although in a different house, the same care and boundaries will apply consistantly throughout. This ensures that he will be secure and settled and returned to me with no bad habbits ! I enjoyed our chat, and feel very confident that Shadow will be loved and cared for properly while I am away ...
